Her ne kadar Groningen Üniversitesi, uluslararası statüde bulunan lisans öğrencileri için doğrudan bir burs veya finansman programı sağlamıyor olsa da Hollanda Hükümeti, “Holland Scholarship” adı altında sürdürülen bir program ile Avrupa Birliği dışından Hollanda'ya yüksek öğrenim için gelen öğrencilere burs imkânı sağlamaktadır.
Öte yandan, Groningen Üniversitesi, uluslararası statüde bulunan yüksek lisans öğrencileri için bir burs programı sağlamaktadır.
Bununla birlikte, söz konusu olan bu burs programlarının kapasite ve finansman olanaklarının kısıtlı olduğunun ve kabul standartlarının yüksek olduğununun unutulmaması gerekmektedir. Burs başvurusunda bulunmak isteyen aday yüksek lisans öğrencileri, aşağıda yer alan linkten Groningen Üniversitesi'nin sunduğu burs programını inceleyebilirler.
