These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover all natural and legal persons ("User") who access, browse or benefit from the website, consultancy and education services offered under the dreamuni.com domain by Dream Big Edtech LLC ("Dream Uni" or the "Company"). By accessing the site, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

Dream Uni provides the following services:

• Information and consultancy throughout the application process for universities, graduate programs, high schools and language schools abroad;
• Publishing content about universities, countries, programs, scholarships, exams and events (for informational purposes only);
• One-on-one consultancy sessions, motivation letter and application document review;
• Connecting prospective students with the institutions abroad (universities, high schools, language schools) that we advise on.

The services offered by Dream Uni are a consultancy service. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions rest with the relevant university, institution and official authorities; Dream Uni does not provide any guarantee as to the outcome of these decisions.

Some services offered on the site may require membership. Registered Users:

• Are obligated to protect the confidentiality of their account information;
• Are personally responsible for all transactions carried out through their account;
• Warrant that the information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete;
• Are obligated to notify the Company immediately upon noticing any unauthorized use of their password or access credentials.

While using the services, the User is obligated to comply with the following rules:

• Not to engage in conduct that violates applicable laws, moral rules or the rights of third parties;
• Not to copy site content without permission, or reproduce/publish it for commercial purposes;
• Not to upload software, viruses or code that could harm the system; and not to attempt intrusion, reverse engineering or denial of service;
• Not to enter false, misleading or other people's information into form fields;
• Not to engage in spam, harassment or unsolicited communication activities.

All text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, software, databases and other content on the site belong to Dream Uni or the respective rights holders, and are protected by applicable copyright and industrial property laws.

Users may view pages for non-commercial, personal informational purposes. Copying, reproducing, publishing or offering content for sale without attribution is prohibited. Unauthorized use is subject to legal sanction.

Dream Uni provides the site and consultancy services "as is." The Company:

• Does not guarantee the admission, scholarship, visa or academic decisions of institutions abroad;
• Accepts no responsibility for third-party links, sources, exams or test results;
• Makes no commitment regarding the continuity, error-free nature or uninterrupted access of site content, and may perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance;
• Cannot be held liable — within the limits of the law — for any direct or indirect loss of profit, loss of data, or indemnity obligations arising from third-party claims.

Dream Uni reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the site and services, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Use after the publication date constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend the access of Users who violate the Terms of Use, without prior notice. Termination of the agreement does not affect the rights and obligations that have arisen up to the moment of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
