Program Structure
12 weeks across 3 phases
1
Phase 1 — Foundations — 4 weeks
Leadership theory, case studies, and team-building exercises. Each week features a live workshop plus asynchronous reading.

Phase 2 — Design — 4 weeks
Develop your own project idea, run a stakeholder analysis, and build your MVP plan. Includes 1:1 mentor sessions.
3
Phase 3 — Execution — 4 weeks
Bring your project to life, measure its impact, and report on it. Final presentation before a panel of Dream Uni mentors.
