How to get into LUISS University
If you are an international student applying to an undergraduate program at LUISS University, you must meet the following admission requirements.
- Completion of 12 years of basic education (if you finished high school in 11 years, you must complete 1 year of Foundation preparation.)
- An internationally recognized language certificate at a minimum B2 level for English-taught undergraduate or graduate programs in Italy (such as IELTS or TOEFL)
- Having taken the YKS exam (both TYT and AYT sessions must be completed.)
- Entrance exams administered by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) for undergraduate programs such as Medicine, Psychology, Engineering, Economics, and Architecture. You must take these exams and reach the required score.
- Alternatively, the SAT exam for programs such as Business and Economics
If you are applying to a postgraduate program at LUISS University, you must meet the following admission requirements.
- A 4-year bachelor's degree
- A high GPA
- At least 180 ECTS course credits earned during undergraduate study
- An English proficiency certificate for programs taught in English (from an internationally recognized English proficiency exam such as IELTS or TOEFL i-BT)
