Humanitas University scholarships and financial aid
Italian universities offer scholarship programs for international students. These scholarships are generally in the range of €5,000–€12,000 per year and may also be awarded to cover the full cost of one year's tuition. The DSU scholarship is one of the best-known scholarships in Italy; it is awarded by the Italian government based on the financial situation of the student's family. To apply for this scholarship, the student must have already received a university acceptance. In addition, Humanitas University has its own scholarship programs. These scholarships can range from €5,000 to €23,000 per academic year.

How to get into Humanitas University
Prospective international students wishing to apply to undergraduate programs offered by Humanitas University must meet the following admission requirements.
- Completion of 12 years of compulsory education (students who complete high school in 11 years are required to complete a 1-year Foundation preparatory program)
- An internationally recognized language certificate at a minimum B2 level for undergraduate or graduate study in English in Italy (such as IELTS or TOEFL)
- Having taken the YKS exam (both the TYT and AYT sessions are required)
- For undergraduate programs such as Psychology, Engineering, Economics, and Architecture: participation in and successful performance on the entrance exams administered by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR)
- For the Medicine program: participation in and sufficient performance on the HUMAT exam administered by the university
- For programs such as Business and Economics: alternatively, the SAT exam may be submitted
Prospective international students wishing to apply to graduate programs offered by Humanitas University must meet the following admission requirements.
- A 4-Year Bachelor's Degree
- A High GPA
- A minimum of 180 ECTS credits accumulated during undergraduate studies
- English Language Proficiency Certificate for programs taught in English (a certificate obtained through internationally recognized English proficiency exams such as IELTS or TOEFL iBT)
- Italian Language Proficiency Certificate for programs taught in Italian
- GRE/GMAT scores may be required depending on the admission requirements specific to the program applied for.
