Humanitas University scholarships and financial aid
Italian universities offer scholarship programs for international students. These scholarships are generally in the range of €5,000–€12,000 per year, and they may also be awarded to cover the full cost of one year's tuition. The DSU scholarship is one of the best-known scholarships in Italy. The Italian government awards it based on the financial situation of the student's family. To apply for this scholarship, you must have already received a university acceptance. In addition, Humanitas University has its own scholarship programs.
These scholarships can range from €5,000 to €23,000 per academic year.

Submitting at least one of the exams below with the required score is a prerequisite for application. The score threshold may vary by program.
How to get into Humanitas University
If you are a prospective international student applying to an undergraduate program offered by Humanitas University, you must meet the following admission requirements.
- Completion of 12 years of compulsory education (if you finish high school in 11 years, you are required to complete a 1-year Foundation preparatory program)
- An internationally recognized language certificate at a minimum B2 level for undergraduate or graduate study in English in Italy (such as IELTS or TOEFL)
- Having taken the YKS exam (both the TYT and AYT sessions are required)
- For undergraduate programs such as Psychology, Engineering, Economics, and Architecture: taking the entrance exams administered by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) and performing successfully
- For the Medicine program: taking the HUMAT exam administered by the university and performing sufficiently well
- For programs such as Business and Economics: alternatively, the SAT exam may be submitted
If you are a prospective international student applying to a graduate program offered by Humanitas University, you must meet the following admission requirements.
- A 4-year bachelor's degree
- A high GPA
- A minimum of 180 ECTS credits accumulated during undergraduate studies
- An English language proficiency certificate for programs taught in English (a certificate from an internationally recognized English proficiency exam such as IELTS or TOEFL iBT)
- An Italian language proficiency certificate for programs taught in Italian
- GRE/GMAT scores may be required, depending on the admission requirements of the program you apply to.
