Bocconi University scholarships and financial aid

Italian universities offer scholarship programs for international students. These scholarships are generally in the range of 5,000–12,000 EUR per year. They may also be awarded to cover the full cost of one year of tuition. The DSU scholarship is one of the best known scholarships in Italy. How to get into Bocconi University

If you are an international student applying to an undergraduate program at Bocconi University, you must meet the admission requirements listed below.

  • Completion of 12 years of primary and secondary education (if you finish high school in 11 years, you must complete one year of Foundation preparatory studies)
  • An internationally recognized English language certificate at a minimum B2 level, for undergraduate or graduate programs taught in English in Italy (such as IELTS or TOEFL)
  • Having taken the YKS exam (you must sit both the TYT and AYT sessions)
  • Sitting the entrance exams run by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) and reaching the required score, for undergraduate programs in fields such as Medicine, Psychology, Engineering, Economics, and Architecture
  • Alternatively, sitting the SAT exam for programs such as Business, Economics, and others

If you are an international student applying to a postgraduate program at Bocconi University, you must meet the admission requirements listed below.

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree
  • A strong academic record
  • At least 180 ECTS credits accumulated during undergraduate study
  • An English language proficiency certificate for programs taught in English (obtained through an internationally recognized test such as IELTS or TOEFL iBT)
  • An Italian language proficiency certificate for programs taught in Italian
  • A GRE/GMAT score may be required, depending on the specific admission requirements of the program you apply to.
