or - SAT/ACT Score
or - IGCSE, A-Level Diploma
- The GCE A-Level grades generally accepted at University for the Creative Arts are AAB, ABB, and BBB. However, the accepted grade requirements vary between departments. It is therefore advisable to review departmental requirements once a student has decided on their program. University for the Creative Arts operates across four separate campuses: UCA Canterbury, UCA Epsom, UCA Farnham, and UCA Rochester. The university's Canterbury Campus is situated close to the city boundaries of Canterbury — a historic and cosmopolitan city — and hosts some of the teaching activities of the Architecture, Communication & Media, Crafts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, and Interior Design departments. The university provides student accommodation at Ian Dury House on the Canterbury Campus. The Epsom Campus is located very close to Epsom town center and is home to the teaching activities of the Advertising, Business & Management, Communication & Media, Fashion, Marketing, Music, and Textiles departments. Located at the edge of Farnham town center, the Farnham Campus hosts some of the teaching activities of the university's Animation, Communication & Media, Computer Arts, Crafts, Fine Arts & Digital Arts, Game Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Music, Performing Arts, Photography, Product Design, Television, and Textiles departments. The Farnham Campus also includes a Student Village providing accommodation for students. UCA Rochester is built on a hill overlooking the River Medway and the city of Rochester, and hosts the teaching activities of the Fashion, Photography, Textiles, and Television postgraduate departments. In addition, Rochester Halls student accommodation is located just a 5-minute walk from the Rochester Campus.
Located in or very close to the centers of Canterbury, Farnham, Epsom, and Rochester, the university's campuses offer a wide range of opportunities for students. Known especially for its programs in the creative arts, University for the Creative Arts hosts artistic events far more frequently than most other universities. Across all four of the university's campuses, exhibitions, film screenings, concerts and musicals, and theatrical performances take place almost every week of the year. The university's student union, UCASU, organizes a variety of events throughout the year, and student clubs covering virtually every area of interest operate within the university.
