The main campus of the University of Wollongong is located in the coastal city of Wollongong, approximately 80 kilometers south of Sydney, and is celebrated for its natural beauty and environmentally sustainable design.
Modern lecture theaters, research laboratories, libraries, and student facilities are set within a lush, landscaped environment. The campus also includes the Innovation Campus (iC) — a research and technology precinct that promotes collaboration among academia, industry, and government. iC is home to state-of-the-art research centers such as the Australian Institute of Innovative Materials and the Sustainable Buildings Research Centre, reflecting UOW's strong commitment to research and innovation.
Within Australia, the university has regional campuses in Batemans Bay, Bega, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, and Sydney (including the Sydney Business School), providing accessible higher education opportunities to both rural and metropolitan communities. Internationally, UOW has established a strong global presence through its campuses in Dubai (UOWD), Hong Kong, and Malaysia, as well as partnerships with institutions in China.
