Students wishing to enroll in undergraduate programs at the University of Lincoln must meet the following criteria:

- Non-refundable $20 application fee
- English language proficiency documents
- One letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor, principal, school director, or school official
- One letter of recommendation from a teacher or professor
- SAT/ACT scores
- Official high school transcript, official certified most recent middle school records, or grade reports covering grades 9–12
- Certified documents of exit exam scores — such as CXC, GCE, WAEC, BGCSE, or exit exam scores from your region or country
- Admissions essay. Please submit a 250-word essay on a topic of your choice or write a motivation letter entitled "What would you like to achieve at Lincoln University?"
- A Support Statement form and supporting financial/income documents showing proof of funds to cover your academic expenses for the duration of your time at Lincoln University. Multiple sponsors are allowed, but the dollar amount must be specified
