IE University

IE University is a private university located in Spain. With campuses in various regions of Spain, IE follows a curriculum that complies with the requirements of the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process). IE University is designed for students who approach learning as a way of life. The institution, which offers a supportive community where students and academics can interact, was founded in 1973.

Prospective international students wishing to enroll in undergraduate programs at IE University must meet the following criteria:

Prospective international students wishing to enroll in graduate programs at IE University must meet the following criteria:

• University degree
• Transcripts
• High GPA
• GRE/GMAT scores
• Language proficiency documents
• Resume/CV
• Statement of purpose
• Letter of recommendation

The Spanish government requires a minimum of 3 A-Levels. IE University accepts A-Levels ranging from ABB to A*A*A*.

While the Spanish government also requires at least 5 GCSEs with a grade of C or higher, applicants to IE University are expected to have earned A and B grades — particularly in subjects relevant to their chosen program.
