Chalmers University of Technology has two campuses in Gothenburg: the Johanneberg Campus and the Lindholmen Campus. Both campuses are located very close to the city center.
The Johanneberg and Lindholmen Campuses are connected by Gothenburg's extensive public transportation network. The Johanneberg Campus is the university's largest and oldest campus, situated in the Johanneberg neighborhood of Gothenburg.
A portion of instructional activities and the vast majority of research activities take place on this campus. Home to the Faculties of Architecture and Engineering, the Johanneberg Campus also houses the Chalmers University of Technology Student Union building.
