Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) operates from its main campus in Žižkov, located in the central part of Prague. This campus serves as the heart of the university, housing most of the faculties, administrative offices, and student facilities. The Žižkov campus features modern conference halls, research centers, libraries, and the famous Winston Churchill Square, named after the British Prime Minister. One of the most prominent buildings is the Rajska Building, which contains state-of-the-art auditoriums, IT laboratories, and an extensive library. The Vencovský Auditorium, a large multipurpose hall, is used for international conferences, graduation ceremonies, and lectures by distinguished guests. The Žižkov campus also has dormitories, sports facilities, and dining services that provide students with a well-rounded academic and social environment. In addition to the Žižkov campus, VŠE operates the Jižní Město campus in the southern part of Prague. This campus primarily serves students of the Faculty of Business Administration and offers a more specialized academic environment. The campus features modern teaching spaces, a library, and student accommodation. Unlike Žižkov, with its vibrant urban atmosphere in the city center, Jižní Město offers a quieter study environment with a more local student community. Beyond these main campuses, VŠE has partnerships with international institutions that allow students to participate in exchange programs in Europe, Asia, and North America.
The Žižkov campus, the university's main hub, offers students a dynamic urban environment full of networking, collaboration, and social opportunities. VŠE is home to numerous student organizations, including the Student Union, ESN VŠE (Erasmus Student Network), and CEMS Club Prague, each offering a variety of activities ranging from cultural events to career development programs. The Rajska Building hosts popular student spaces such as modern study lounges, cafes, and group project rooms. Events such as the Welcome Week for international students, career fairs, and academic competitions like the VŠE Talent and Business Case Challenges further enrich student engagement. The Žižkov campus also features sports facilities, including gyms and a sports hall, where students can participate in volleyball, basketball, or other recreational activities. Student life at the Jižní Město campus is somewhat more intimate and community-focused, catering primarily to Faculty of Business Administration students. Various student clubs, networking opportunities, and academic events centered on management and leadership skills are held on campus. Dormitories at Jižní Město provide on-campus accommodation, fostering a close-knit student environment. Both campuses benefit from Prague's excellent public transportation network, making it easy for students to explore the city's historic sites, cultural venues, and nightlife. VŠE also supports international students through a Buddy Program that pairs Czech students with incoming exchange students to help them integrate into university life.
