Hitit Üniversitesi

Hitit University is a research-oriented public university located in Corum, founded in 2006 with the goal of making economic, scientific, and sociocultural contributions at the regional and national level. With 11 faculties, 1 institute, 19 application/research centers, and 1 Training and Research Hospital, Hitit University provides educational opportunities to more than 17,000 students. Students at Hitit University also have the chance to continue part of their undergraduate education abroad through the Erasmus and Mevlana student exchange programs.

Certain undergraduate programs at Hitit University are taught in English. Prospective students are first required to take a placement and proficiency exam; based on their score, they may either proceed directly to their undergraduate program or begin a preparatory program. However, students who have achieved a sufficient score on proficiency exams administered by OSYM — such as TOEFL iBT, CAE, CPE, YDS, or YOKDiL — may apply for an exemption from the preparatory program.

Prospective students wishing to apply to undergraduate programs offered by Hitit University must meet the admission requirements listed below.

For Turkish Students;

High School Diploma

Minimum YKS Base Score: 205.18255

Maximum YKS Base Score: 429.87013

For International Students;

SAT, ACT, Abitur, or Matura Score

or

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or GCE A-Level Certificate

or

A sufficient score on at least one of the State University YOS / Foreign Student Exams

Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate

For Preparatory Program Exemption;

A sufficient score on proficiency exams administered by OSYM, such as TOEFL iBT, CAE, CPE, YDS, or YOKDiL
