Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)

Ranked among the world's top 200 universities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is a public university located in Malaysia.  The university, which has a branch campus in Kuala Lumpur, was founded in  1971. The university's mission is to stay ahead of society and the times by leading the development of a learned, dynamic, and ethical community. As the most sought-after public university in the country and the only national university in Malaysia, UKM offers a wide range of programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The institution, which welcomes students from many parts of the world, has a total of 13 well-established faculties, 13 institutes, 10 residential colleges, and 10 service centers. UKM Medical Centre (UKMMC) is a teaching hospital that has achieved several significant milestones in medicine, including cutting-edge treatments and groundbreaking surgeries. The university also has five "living laboratories" dedicated to scientific and sociological research on the sustainability of different ecological systems in the country.

Applicants wishing to apply to undergraduate programs offered by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia must meet the following admission requirements:

• 4-year high school diploma
• Strong GPA, or
• International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, or
• GCE A-Level / IGCSE A-Level diploma, or
• Completion of Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams relevant to the field of the undergraduate program being applied to, or
• SAT/ACT exam scores, or
• Admission to a university in Turkey offering a 4-year undergraduate degree and completion of the first year of the undergraduate program
• English language proficiency certificate

Applicants wishing to apply to graduate programs offered by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia must meet the following admission requirements:
