SWPS University runs 5 separate campuses — mainly in Warsaw, and also in Wrocław, Poznań, Sopot, and Katowice. The main campus in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, occupies the building of the former High Voltage Equipment and Devices Factory, built in the 1920s. The carefully renovated historic industrial buildings hold spacious classrooms and lecture halls, computer labs, simultaneous interpretation booths, and specially equipped research laboratories. Parts of the Faculties of Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Design, and Psychology sit on this campus.
The Wrocław Campus, built on a large industrial site, offers modern classrooms, conference halls, and specialized laboratories. It also has an art gallery and stages for film screenings and theater productions. Parts of the Faculties of Law, Communication, and Psychology are based there. The Poznań Campus stands in the center of the city of Poznań and likewise hosts certain departments of the Faculties of Psychology and Law. The Sopot Campus, on the shore of the Baltic Sea, hosts part of the Faculty of Psychology. Psychological research and workshops take place there.
The Katowice Campus lies amid wide green spaces and serves as the venue for the university's conferences, meetings, and cultural activities.
The campus in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, is woven into the social and cultural life of the city. It also houses the university's modern library, which holds more than 88,000 publications, along with its East Asian collection and spacious study areas for students. On all 5 campuses, the "Student Zones" set aside for students give you room to socialize and relax between classes. The Warsaw Campus has Psyche Books and Cafe. There you can get your textbooks, attend conversations with authors, researchers, and journalists, and enjoy your time.
Two different restaurants serve meals, and the campus sits where everything the city of Warsaw offers stays within easy reach. The Wroclaw Campus has restaurants and pubs for students, as well as a gym. The campus in Poznan has an art gallery and a gym as well. The Sopot Campus — one of the university's most beautiful campuses, on the shore of the Baltic Sea — has a beach and a bistro. The Katowice Campus holds 2,800 m2 of building space, with specially designed open areas where you can study, relax, and socialize.
