Documents + motivation letter + Campus France interview (online or at the İstanbul/Ankara office). Fee €99 (as of 2026). Deadline: 15 December (Bachelor + Master).
  2. University AdmissionPublic universities accept applications through Campus France's "DAP blanche" (Bachelor) or "Master en ligne" system. Documents: Campus France acceptance + admission letter + proof of funds + health insurance + proof of accommodation.
  4. OFII Validation (After Arrival)OFII (Office Français de l'Immigration et de l'Intégration) validation is mandatory within 3 months of arrival in France. In the online process the VLS-TS visa is converted into an official residence document. Fee €60. Medical examination + biometrics.
