The main building of Moscow State University is located in Moscow, Russia. This building is a 239-meter-tall, 36-story skyscraper. Designed by the famous architect Lev Rudnev as the headquarters of Moscow State University, it is the tallest of the seven Moscow skyscrapers built in the Stalinist architectural style between 1947 and 1953. Since 1953, most of the faculties have been located on Sparrow Hills in the southwest of Moscow — also one of the highest points in the city.
