Koç Üniversitesi

Koç Üniversitesi is a non-profit private university founded in Istanbul in 1993 by Vehbi Koç.

Having grown steadily since its founding and establishing itself among the best universities in Turkey, Koç Üniversitesi has become part of a broad network of more than 250 prestigious educational institutions — including the University of California, Northwestern University, Cornell University, and Georgetown University — and maintains partnerships with international programs, initiatives, and organizations such as the Erasmus Exchange Programme, the Bologna Process, EQUIS, CEMS, EFMD, AACSB, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Koç Üniversitesi requires prospective students to complete an English Preparatory Program for departments in which English is the language of instruction.

Additionally, prospective students who wish to apply to the undergraduate programs offered by Koç Üniversitesi must meet the following requirements.

For Turkish Students:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum YKS Base Score: 279.67957
• Maximum YKS Base Score: 525.61259

For International Students:

• SAT, ACT, AP, ABITUR, or MATURA Score

• International Baccalaureate Diploma or A-Level Diploma

For Preparatory Program Exemption:

• TOEFL Exam Score
