Offering educational programs with a particular focus on culinary arts and cookery at its campuses in Le Bouveret and Brig, and with programs accredited by the World Association of Chef Societies, the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education, and EduQua, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland provides higher education opportunities to more than 300 students.

Campus Life

The library on the Le Bouveret Campus provides study spaces and reading rooms for students who wish to study for class, conduct research, or read, while the Student Lounge on campus offers students wide open spaces to relax between classes or socialize and unwind after hours, along with ping-pong tables, foosball tables, and a home cinema system equipped with gaming gear. Situated on the shores of Lake Geneva, the Le Bouveret Campus is conveniently located near facilities and ski resorts that allow students to enjoy water sports in summer and winter sports year-round. The Brig Campus, set in the sunny Rhône Valley at the foot of the Alps, is within walking distance of mountain resort towns such as Zermatt and Saas-Fee, and the city of Brig is home to one of the largest thermal baths in Switzerland. The Brig Campus features a coffee shop, a pub, a fitness center, and a restaurant for students. In addition, the Green Globe Club, the Wine Club, and the Music Club are active within the school for students to join.
