The Advanced Placement examinations for the year 2024 will be given at schools during two separate weeks in May: May 6–10 and May 13–17. The notification of students on when and where to report for the tests is under the purview of the AP coordinators. Under no circumstances is it acceptable to take the examinations early or at times that differ from those that have been announced by the College Board. In the event that students are unable to take their exams within the first two full weeks of May, late testing options are available.

Students might have to take their tests later than expected due to unforeseen situations. In order to maintain the integrity of the Advanced Placement examinations (AP Exams), alternative forms of the tests are utilized for late testing. Every single student who registers for late testing at a particular school is required to take these alternative examinations on the dates and hours that were originally set for their late testing.
